In our Indian cuisine there are lots of dishes but there is a very special dish which is super spicy, superhot, mouthwatering and looks very appetizing. Its none other than our special " BIRIYANI". Origin of BIRIYANI- No one knows the exact origin of this dish. This topic is still debate for historians. But the place of origin is our India.                                   Biriyani word derived from the Persian language.Biryan which means " to fry". Ingredients use for making this super delicious dish are- 1. Basmati rice 2.Meat( chicken, goat, lamb) 3. Ghee 4.Nutmeg 5.Mace 6.Pepper 7.Cloves 8.Cardamom 9.Cinnamon 10.Bay leaves 11.Coriander and mint leaves 12.Ginger and garlic paste 13.Onion 14.Saffron This dish may be served with dahi, boiled egg, raita and salad.
